I'd like to purchase some of your products. Are they true to size?
Yes. I’m a US store so my clothes conform to US sizes. My clothes come in a unisex body-flattering slim modern cut to shape and flatter mostly every body type.
What is your shipping policy?
Products are made on demand, so please be patient as it takes an estimate 7-10 days for your item be made and shipped. Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been sent and handed to my one of my carriers. You may contact me immediately if you haven't received the email within 7-10 days of your order being made.
Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide, but unfortunately, due to some restrictions and lack of postal service in the designated country, I currently do not ship all products to all countries. If your country is categorized in one of shipping restricted countries, you will have an error message during checkout process. You may contact me to find out if there is any alternative shipping method to your country.
What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. For damaged and defected items, please submit you claim with photos as proof!
I just made an order, but I'd like to change or cancel it.
You may cancel or change your order only if you contact us within 24 hrs after the payment is made. Please contact me for assistance as soon as possible. If you don't contact me within the given time, there will be no way to reverse your order.
Have you refunded my money yet? I just checked my Credit card balance, but couldn't find any refund.
A refund is provided back to a buyer's original funding source. It may take a few days for the refund to appear on a buyer's credit card balance or bank account balance.

Do you have actual stores that I can visit?
Unfortunately, I’m not running any offline stores at this moment nor are my products being sold in retail stores. You can only place an order at my web-store.
I want a custom product, how do I go about asking for one?
Custom products fit under the guidelines for a commission, you will have to contact me for assistance.
The color of my tee came out after a couple of washes. Can you replace it with a new one?
First of all, wtf are you washing it with for it to change colors after a couple washes???? Any washed item cannot be authorized for return. You have to wash your clothes with utmost care in order to expand its lifespan and maintain its original shape and color for a long time. Any problem that may have occurred by inappropriate washing and handling is a buyer's full responsibility.
